SOUL WORK OF THE WEEK — Building Relationship Through Observation
This week’s soul work is about awareness and relationship.
Choose one plant ally to work with this week.
It may be:
- Rosemary
- Lavender
- Mint
- Mugwort
- Basil
- or even a tree or flower near your home
Spend 5 minutes each day in quiet observation.
Notice:
- how you feel emotionally
- how your body responds
- what thoughts arise
- what shifts in your energy
At the end of each session, write down:
- the plant
- the date
- your observations
- any repeated patterns
At the end of the week, reflect:
- What changed in my awareness?
- What felt consistent?
- How did slowing down affect my perception?
- What plant energy felt most supportive to me?
Plant spirit work strengthens through relationship.
Relationships strengthen through attention.
