Your Soulwork This Week
Step 1 – Spot the Pattern
Over the next 7 days, notice if any situations arise that feel familiar—even if the details are new.
Journal prompts:
- Where have I encountered a similar situation before?
- What feelings come up—are they the same as last time?
- How did I respond before, and how could I respond differently now?
Pro Tip: Don’t judge yourself for “falling into it again.” Just notice. Awareness is the first shift.
Step 2 – Map Your Fear Compass
Choose one fear that feels bigger than your current reality. Write it down.
Example: “I feel nervous in crowds,” or “I avoid speaking up at work.”
Ask yourself:
- Does this fear make logical sense, or does it feel out of proportion?
- If it’s out of proportion, what might it connect to—a past life, an ancestral story, or an earlier chapter in this life?
- What’s one small, gentle step I could take to meet this fear with curiosity instead of avoidance?
Step 3 – Track a Trigger
This week, when you feel an intense emotional reaction—pause.
Take three deep breaths before responding or engaging.
Afterward, write:
- What exactly happened?
- What emotion rose first (anger, shame, fear, sadness)?
- Does this remind me of any earlier moments in life—or does it feel like “it’s always been there”?
- What might this trigger be here to teach me?
Step 4 – Choose Your Interrupt
Patterns dissolve faster when you create an interrupt—something you do differently in the moment.
Your interrupt might be:
- Speaking up instead of staying silent.
- Pausing to breathe instead of firing back.
- Saying no instead of automatically saying yes.
Pick one interrupt and try it at least once this week.
Step 5 – Close with Gratitude
At the end of the week, reflect:
- What did I notice about myself that I didn’t see before?
- What am I ready to release?
- What am I proud of myself for this week?
✨ Remember: This work is about curiosity, not perfection. Every insight is a piece of the puzzle.
You can share your reflections in this week’s Mystical Minds thread, or keep them just for yourself.
Your soul already knows the way back. You’re just remembering the path.
