2. Ask This Question
“What is integrating right now that I can’t yet see?”
Let the answer be intuitive — not logical.
3. Practice Energetic Steadiness
Once per day, say:
“I trust what is forming beneath the surface.”
Feel it land in your body.
4. Resist the Urge to Rush
Notice where impatience appears — and soften instead of acting.
5. Honor Rest as Sacred
Rest is not avoidance.
It is participation in divine timing.
