SOUL WORK OF THE WEEK — Alignment Within Intimacy

This week’s soul work is about alignment inside connection.

Choose one neutral moment each day.

Hold your Blue Kyanite, or place it nearby.

Pause and ask:

What does aligned connection feel like in my body right now?

Notice your posture.

Notice your breath.

Notice where your energy is centered.

Aligned intimacy feels:

1. steady
2. vertical
3. grounded
4. spacious

If your body feels pulled outward, gently return to the center.

Alignment may look like:

1. lengthening your exhale
2. relaxing your jaw
3. stacking your spine
4. allowing your energy to settle downward into your hips and feet

Lightly touch the Blue Kyanite and let your body recalibrate to steadiness.

Stay there for thirty seconds.

At the end of the week, reflect:

1. When I remain aligned, how does connection feel?
2. How does steadiness change my perception of others’ emotions?
3. What shifts when I stay centered within intimacy?

Energetic intimacy deepens through alignment.

Connection becomes clearer when your energy is steady.

And steadiness is something you can return to at any moment.
