This week, practice conscious field awareness.
Once per day, choose one interaction.
Before speaking, internally ask:
“What does the field feel like right now?”
Notice:
• pressure or openness
• lightness or density
• steadiness or fragmentation
After the interaction, ask:
“What shifted?”
Did it soften?
Tighten?
Stabilize?
Clear?
Do not correct anything.
Do not intervene.
Just observe.
Over time, you will clearly recognize:
• your baseline
• other people’s energetic patterns
• recurring field dynamics
This builds discernment without hardening your heart.
