WEEKLY SOULWORK – Spirit Sensing Practice
This week, instead of writing, we’re going to feel.
Mediumship begins when we quiet the mind and awaken the senses, so this practice helps you learn how Spirit speaks through your body and energy.
Spirit Sensing Exercise: The Five-Minute Connection
Find a Quiet Space.
Sit comfortably, spine straight, feet on the floor. Turn off distractions and dim the lights.
Breathe and Ground.
Inhale deeply through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth.
Imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the Earth. Feel her steady heartbeat beneath you.
Call in Light.
Picture a gentle white or gold light descending from above, entering through the crown of your head and expanding through your chest.
Say softly:
“I invite only energies of love, light, and truth to connect with me.”
Listen With Your Whole Being.
For the next few minutes, focus on your senses one by one:
- What do you feel—pressure, warmth, tingling?
- What do you see—colors, flashes, faces, or patterns behind your eyes?
- What do you hear—tones, whispers, a song in your mind?
- What do you smell or taste—perfume, smoke, something familiar?
- What do you just know—a word, memory, or emotion that drops in suddenly?
Don’t chase or analyze—just notice. Spirit speaks in sensation, not volume.
Close & Ground.
When you’re ready, say:
“Thank you for your presence and peace. I close this connection with love.”
Take one more deep breath and press your palms gently against your thighs to anchor back into your body.
Reflect Mentally.
Ask yourself afterward:
“Which sense was strongest for me?”
That’s often your natural clair—your intuitive language.
Optional Enhancement:
Hold your Clear Quartz Channeling Wand during the exercise.
Let it rest against your third eye as you breathe, then place it on your heart for the final minute to anchor clarity into love.
FLASH SPELL OF THE WEEK – “The Listening Flame”
A spell for intuitive clarity and spirit-safe communication
Purpose:
To open your intuitive channel safely and invite clear, loving messages from Spirit while strengthening energetic boundaries.
You’ll Need:
- 1 white candle
- A few drops of Lavender or Frankincense oil
- 1 small piece of Clear Quartz
Instructions:
Prepare Your Space.
Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed.
Take three slow breaths, grounding your energy before beginning.
Dress the Candle Correctly.
Place a drop or two of oil on your fingertips.
Starting from the center of the candle, anoint upward nine times, slowly turning the candle clockwise as you do.
Return to the center and anoint downward nine times, continuing to rotate clockwise.
This technique raises energy toward Spirit while anchoring you to the Earth — perfect balance for safe communication.
Set Your Circle.
Place the candle in front of you and put the piece of clear quartz beside it.
You can trace a small circle of salt, herbs, or even light around them to contain the energy.
Light the Candle and Speak:
“Flame of truth, burn pure and bright,
Bridge between worlds of dark and light.
Through peace I hear, through love I see,
Spirit of wisdom, speak safely through me.”
Sit in Silence.
Watch the flame. Feel its rhythm.
You might sense warmth, tingling, or emotional shifts — that’s your energy aligning.
Stay present for a few minutes and allow any images, sounds, or sensations to surface naturally.
Close with Gratitude.
When you feel complete, say:
“I give thanks for the guidance shared. The connection is closed with love and peace.”
Snuff the candle to preserve its magic — never blow it out.
Carry the Quartz.
Keep the clear quartz with you for the next three days to strengthen your intuitive connection and integrate messages received.
Repeat every three months as needed. Yes, you can use the same stone.
