Journal Prompt:

“If I knew my spirit guides could speak clearly to me right now, what question would I ask—and what would I be afraid to hear?”

Write your response honestly, without editing. You may find that what you fear hearing is actually the message you most need.

Optional enhancement: Before journaling, hold a piece of Clear Quartz over your third eye and breathe deeply for one minute. Then anoint your wrist with protection oil and begin writing. The quartz amplifies clarity while the oil grounds your energy.

SUGGESTED TOOLS & SUPPORT

Crystals:

• Black Tourmaline – Repels unwanted energy
• Selenite – Clears residual frequencies after readings
• Labradorite – Enhances intuitive sight while maintaining grounding

Essential Oils:

• Frankincense – Divine connection
• Clove Bud – Protection & courage
• Lavender – Peace & clarity
• Patchouli – Grounding after spirit contact

Flower Essences:

• Walnut – Strengthens energetic boundaries
• Mimulus – Eases fear of opening psychic channels
• Rock Rose – Calms energy after startling or intense spiritual experiences

FLASH SPELL OF THE WEEK: “The Guardian Veil”

A quick, potent spell for safe spiritual communication and energetic protection.

You’ll Need:

• 1 white tealight candle
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 drop of protection oil
• 1 black tourmaline or obsidian (small piece)

Instructions:

1. Create a small circle of salt in front of you.
2. Place the tourmaline inside the circle and set the candle next to it.
3. Anoint the candle with a drop of protection oil - 9 times from the middle to the wick and 9 times from the middle to the base.  
4. Light the candle and say:

Flame of light, shield of might,

Guard my soul through day and night.

Spirits pure and true draw near,

All else fades—I hold no fear.

1. Close your eyes and imagine a veil of shimmering gold light descending around you, sealing your energy field.
2. When you feel peaceful, snuff out the candle and carry the stone with you to maintain protection.
3. Dispose of the salt in running water or bury it to return the absorbed energy to the Earth.

Repeat every three months as needed. Yes, you can use the same stone.
